Terms
Website terms
These terms apply to your use of the Mono Code website. A separate written proposal, agreement, or statement of work will govern any services we agree to provide.
Website information
The website provides general information about Mono Code, our approach, and potential services. It is not a binding offer, guarantee, or promise of a particular commercial, search, or revenue outcome.
Service enquiries
A discovery call or email does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after the relevant scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, and terms have been agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Mono Code owns the website design, original text, and brand material on this site. You may view and share links to public pages, but may not reproduce substantial website content or present it as your own without permission.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party services, including Google Calendar and a live founder project hosted on Vercel. Those services are controlled by their respective providers, and their availability and practices are outside our control.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mono Code is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of this public website.
